Did you know...


Once milk fat is removed from milk, it is no longer white. 

So what is being used to turn skim milk white?

Titanium Sulfate.

Skim milk also reduces vitamin D and calcium absorption.  
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble nutrient needed to absorb calcium.
